Yoga is a great way to bring joy to your life , because it is something you can do without leaving the house. “ The purposes of yoga were to cultivate discernment, awareness, self-regulation and higher consciousness in the individual,” according to the NY Times article “The Purpose of Yoga” written by David Surrenda.
